This amid what appears to be one big global shakedown. "Developing" countries claiming they're not getting enough money from "rich" countries. America will cave. Sooner or later. This crap is going to cost us billions. Meanwhile. It's 10 degrees here. So, you know, I say pound sand you third world bastards.
