Last week, Obama gave Interpol free reign here in the States. Staffed by Americans, based out of the Department of Justice, they have diplomatic immunity. They are not subject to American law and are not restrained by our constitution. We have no legal access to their archives at the DoJ, and they aren't subject to the Freedom of Information Act.
So, due to Hopey signing an Executive Order amending a previous Executive Order, he has an untouchable police force uncontrolled by Constitution, law, custom, or other American police forces (FBI, Secret Service, etc.). What could possibly go wrong? Anyone objecting is either paranoid or racist.

Doesn't this violate surrendering of U.S. soveriegnty to a foreign interests. This should be considered an impeachable offense. Hell, the left wanted Bush impeached over the Patriot Act. How much more can this mcdaddy, as reverend Manning calls him, get away with. Only time will tell.
The Great Dane center-right is dead serious about this stuff.
I am confused. If our interactions with them are not governed by American law, if we shoot one can we be prosecuted? Cant we justly claim that they are illegal representatives of a foreign power and justify any use of force in resisting being taken prisoner by them? Can Americans resist an armed, foreign force (they are based in France) on US soil?
Not wishing to throw a spanner in the persecution complex of those desperate to Godwin's themselves, but I just thought it worth pointing out that Interpol doesn't actually have the authority to arrest anyone. They are an information sharing organisation, NOT a custodial one.
So no, no one from interpol is going to be arresting anyone in the US. Or anywhere else, for that matter
